Presentation to the Weavers
The many-time Lanarkshire Pub of the Year became the Branch's overall pub of the Year for 2021 by a members' vote during the AGM in March. The pub's owner Brendan Smith was passing by Glasgow at the time of the Real Ale Festival making it an ideal time to present him with our award. The picture shows Branch Chairman Johnnie McKenna (centre) passing our mini-font trophy to Brendan with his wife Julie. Our congratulations go to Brendan and his team for supplying customers with consistently good beer and hospitality.
