Presentation to the Weavers

A good crowd of CAMRA branch members joined together with another good crowd of Weavers' regulars to celebrate the pub becoming the 2021 Lanarkshire Pub of the Year. Branch Deputy Chairman Rog Harrison (left on the picture) presented our certificate to Brendan Smith, who recently took full ownership of the business following his sister Maureen's retirement. As expected, the beer was excellent and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon.
