Presentation to Mary and Donnie Mcleod of the Barn, Lerags : Argyll Pub of the Year 2015 : 5 September 2015

Our Argyll Pub of the Year for 2015, the Barn, is by a holiday chalet site a few miles south of Oban. With no public transport links, the solution of how to present our award certificate was to hire a bus from Glasgow. This proved very popular and 27 branch members joined the trip. Branch Contact Jonathan Kemp (right in the photo) presented Donnie with the award certificate and explained how refereshing it was to see the event so well supported with a wide cross-section of our membership.
