Branch Chairman Tim Davies presented the Pub of the Year certificate to the George's licencee, Lynn Adams.
In the second presentation photo Tim was surrounded by Lynn Adams and Emma Smith.
The staff were proud to display the certificate.
Another photo shows a poster advertising the George's Spring Beer Festival, which coincided with the Pub of the Year presentation.
Robin Jones and Tony Laverick enjoyed some of the mild ales that were available at the time of the beer festival.
The final photos are of the CAMRA team that turned up to support the POTY presentation.
Everyone is leaning over - it's not the effects of the beer, the pub is on a hill!
