James Davies warmly welcomed us to his brewery which has been in operation for nearly five years. The first part of our tour covered the ingredients; the malt (right) and the hops. The aromas of the different hop varieties could clearly be sensed, even though they were stored frozen in vacuum packs.
Some of the brewing equipment was only installed the day before our visit.
After the tour we had a question and answer session before being given the chance to sample some of the ales.
