2025 Overall Pub of the Year

Presention to Macs Bar in Rothesay

Each year the Branch picks one of the four area Pubs of the Year from the previous year to become our Overall Pub of the Year and go forward to the first judging round for CAMRA's Scottish Pub of the Year. This year our winner is Macs Bar in Rothesay and nine members took the trip over the water to present owners George and Katie Ross with the "Jason Lyons" Trophy, which they get to put on display for a year.

During and after the presentation the CAMRA team enjoyed some excellent Orkney ales.
