2019 Lanarkshire Pub of the Year
The Weavers in Strathaven wins again.
The Weavers in Strathaven won our vote for Lanarkshire Pub of the Year for the second year running and a good crowd of local regulars and CAMRA members gathered to celebrate the occasion. On receiving our award proprietor Maureen Campbell gave thanks to her customers, the bar staff with special mentions to her brother Brendan Smith who sourced and maintained the ale and her mother Sarah Smith who, together with her husband, got the family into the pub trade decades ago.
