Presentation to Derek Moore of Kelburn Brewing Company for "Misty Law" : Beer of the Year 2008 : 27 June 2009

About a dozen members from the Glasgow & West of Scotland Branch and elsewhere congregated at the Kelburn Brewery in Barrhead to present Derek Moore with our Beer of the Year award for Misty Law. Derek was very pleased to receive this award as to do so meant the beer must have been satisfying drinkers consistently over a long period.
The award was followed by a barbeque lunch and some samples of Kelburn's beer.
Branch Chairman Robin Jones presented the Beer of the Year Cup to a delighted Derek Moore.
In the last photos Derek turned from Brewer to Chef as the barbecue kicks into action, Alistair Boyd, made sure his dog didn't go thirsty and the cup, the certificate and a pint of Pivo Estivo - a winning combination.
